We currently offer a range of Royal Mail delivery options for our parcels. You can choose the delivery method in the checkout section of the online store.
We aim to send your parcel within 2 working days after we receive the order confirmation, using one of the following Royal Mail services (you select the service during checkout)
1. Royal Mail Signed For Delivery
Signed For delivery to UK mainland for orders under £50: £2.03
Delivery time is generally 2-3 working days for packing, dispatch and delivery. (free delivery on orders over £50)
2. Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery
Next day delivery to UK mainland: £7.60. You will receive it the following working day. Please make sure someone is in to sign for the delivery, as next day deliveries require signature for delivery.
3. Royal Mail First Class Tracked Small Parcel to Europe
International Tracked plus Signed Small Parcel for all European orders: £12.12. This service will reach most of Europe within 5 working days.
For delivery outside the European Union, we need to quote you for a delivery price before dispatch. Please contact us at email@example.com with your order details and delivery address and we will get back to you with an estimate as soon as possible.
We send everything via recorded courier service and will require a signature on delivery. We are unable to accept an order where the delivery address is a PO Box, Hotel or similar.
When you visit the online store, you will be asked to select the method of shipping and at the same time see the current prices for delivery.

In the unusual event an item is faulty or was damaged in transit, please inform us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of the goods. On receipt of the faulty goods we will either issue you with a replacement if available or with a full refund.
If your purchase does not come up to your expectations or does just not fit, please return it to us unused, in its original packaging, for an immediate refund or exchange. For unwanted gifts please notify us of your decision to return your purchases within 7 days of receipt of your goods. You will be issued with a “Returns Authorisation Number” and you can then return the unwanted item. The item must be returned within 28 days of your invoice date.
We recommend that all returns are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility should they go missing. The customer must cover costs of return postage and any resulting refund will be less the initial cost of postage and packing, unless the item is faulty.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 40% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.
