The personal information regarding your name, billing address, delivery address, telephone number, email address, product selections, payment information (“Personal Information”) which you are required to give when you register as a retail or wholesale customer must be legitimate, authentic, veridical and current in all respects. Purchase of products
All orders are subject to acceptance and to availability of the goods ordered. Mixy Fandino is entitled to refuse any order placed by you. If the Product becomes unavailable prior to delivery we will notify you and give you the choice of a refund or of purchasing an alternative product.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
In addition, many of our products are handmade or feature natural materials, so colours and markings will inevitably vary slightly from piece to piece.
All retail and wholesale prices are displayed without VAT charges at the prevailing rate.
Payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque issued directly to Mixy Fandino Ltd or through a PayPal checkout.
Cancellation of order
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods,. You must notify your decision to cancel your order by email or by post.
If you cancel the contract and then you receive the goods you must not unpack them from their packaging but must immediately send them back to us. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods if he or she exercises this right of cancellation under the Regulations.
